Rant: Gay XXX deserves better.

After reading this article on The Sword, I am left disgusted and outraged by the business of gay porn. I normally don't comment on the gossip/drama that sometimes fuels the industry because I find it ridiculous - but the fact that Malachi Marx is repeatedly being hired by companies (and not only is he getting work, but his every whim seems to be met with willing, open arms) is completely sickening to me. Honestly, I don't think most viewers mind if a guy identifies as "straight" as long as he's a great performer, but guys like this toolbox are the reason fans have become so angry and resentful towards gay porn. It's a huge turn-off.

This is just one of the many things about gay porn that need to be destroyed. Guys like this simply should not be allowed to be in the industry. As I've said before on this blog, I am NOT one of these militant anti-gay4pay guys, but when a guy blatantly insults the business and fans that pay him to support his pregnant girlfriend, it becomes a problem for me. Guys like this come from a very egotistical/"I'm-sooooo-hot-so-they'll-pay-me-fuckloads-of-money-and-I'll-be-a-huge-star" mentality, and the powers that be should definitely learn from this fiasco! Think about it...WHY has there been a recent problem with gay porn performers murdering people or doing drugs or killing themselves?? It's not fucking rocket science. ;)
